There is, sadly, no one thing that will easily rid ourselves of our problems and pain. But we are certain that many smaller steps can be taken towards increased health and well-being. Perhaps just as many steps as there are traps leading to ill-being.
Today, these traps seem to surround us. Toxins in the air we breathe and in the food we eat. Habits of too much time by the phone, sitting down and stressing about work.
We also seem to lack the things that are good for us. Processed foods come with scarcely any nutrients, and our days are filled with too little quality sleep, relaxation and exercise.
When pain piles up on us, we might take the easy way out by enjoying junk food, alcohol, one more episode before sleep and too much coffee which in the end is just postponing everything. And a circle of bad habits is created.
How do we end the negative spiral and replace it with a positive one? With small steps of reducing bad habits and including good ones, we believe you can bring about changes in your wellbeing – mentally, physically and spiritually. When we know how to apply ourselves and what to avoid, we can make tremendous progress.
We also find ourselves in a time where (if we are lucky) we can access modern technologies like high-quality supplements while still enjoying wise practices that have been handed down over thousands of years, like meditation and that of eating beneficial plants. (recreationally and medicinally)
All in all, this presents an opportunity of huge potential for us. Regardless of your ambitions, you can attain more healing and well-being for yourself if you are conscious about taking small steps in the right direction.
We want to take seize this opportunity. With coinciding modern capabilities and access to old and tried remedies, we hope to unite the plants and the wisdom that surrounds them from different corners and cultures of the world. To provide anyone without any prior knowledge to reap their benefits.
But this is obviously just one step. We sincerely hope to enlighten anyone (customer or not) on insights that may help them on their way to well-being. As human beings, we share many similarities and we believe there are remedies that work universally. But a big part of life is finding out what works for you and what makes you feel good. If we can shed some light on that – we deem it a success.
From 2021 and forward our focus lies in bringing both information and consumable products to anyone for whom they might be of use. We know that some advice may not be applicable because of practical reasons. Some of it may be good for some people but not for others – we’re all different. But our goal is to get people interested and inspired to make changes for the better – and that will always include trying things out.
In essence – we feel that health is a set of many different interactions and occurrences that happen throughout all of our planes of existence – physical, mental, chemical and spiritual. As they all interact and affect each other, it would to us, not make sense to focus on just one thing to improve your wellbeing.
But we also understand that if one wants to make research in a scientific way, it is much easier to make accurate assessments if you’re only researching one thing. After all, how easy is it to determine the efficacy of one thing, when it has also been tried with ten others?
It wouldn’t be so simple, and that’s why we understand and appreciate the way modern scientific research is often being made. But going beyond that, we believe that when this becomes the main way of seeing things, we might lose track of the other truths that are just as important.
Again, we don’t think there is any one thing that someone will create that will magically cure all sorts of diseases and ailments. There are tons of helpful medicines out there, but we’re worried that if blindly trust that modern society will hold our hands and solve any potential problems, we will just keep stacking problems on us while doing and consuming the things we “desire” rather than what’s good for us.
Because let’s be honest, much of what can be made in terms of medicine treats symptoms and not the root causes. And just as we might have a desire to live happy, healthy lives, it seems many of us have a stronger desire to be rich and make tons of money – whether that hurts ourselves or the people and nature around us. This works in several ways. We exist in a culture where material wealth pervades, which affects our own interests and desires but also that of companies and politics. Because of this culture, our place in society and the way we learn to fit in seem to cater more to economic growth rather than taking care of ourselves, each other and living in some sort of balance and harmony. Both with each other and nature.
We’re not here to judge; we’re also not here to provide the solution. Again, we don’t think there is one simple solution. We believe we are all in a precarious situation where we might have lost track of some important things. Because, unfortunately, it seems you can’t do what you desire all the time (spend endless hours on your phone, eat junk food and suppress your feelings), it will ultimately get back to you. It seems we need nutrients, exercise, relaxation, tender love and help from people around as well as some sort of purpose to feel balanced and content. This extensive equation is impossible to provide by companies or individuals regardless of any great inventions and financial resources. You have to take certain steps yourself.
And these steps are not too easy today. Because firstly, very few of us have a lot of time and tons of resources. And secondly, the lack of time becomes an opportunity for companies to fill with very quick gratification – pleasure, food, etc. But it can also be empowering to know that we do have some control over our well-being and if we can recognize technological advances and ingenuity in the ways that they can help us towards our well-being, we can move in the direction of healing.
At PNCA Blends, we hope we can cut down on some steps without compromising – to make it easy but still provide our customers with advanced effects. We offer blends of different organic ingredients – no additives, just plants. These come in different blends and these plants are specifically blended (and are not alone) because we believe 1 + 1 sometimes equals 3. Both positively and negatively.
Instead of consuming different toxins (which again exists all around us) that when broken down and mixed create a crappy cocktail for your liver, we instead hope our blends that come with dozens of different, unique nutrients in each plant find ways to cooperate and boost for increased efficiency. Our body is an intricate system with incredible capabilities but it certainly works better with the right components. After all, the body is these components. Our body is what it eats and performs after its quality.
Within ancient and modern practices of herbal medicine, one rarely provides just one ingredient for an intended ailment. Even though it can be difficult to understand exactly what causes the effects (because plants have so many interactive components) it is clear that blending different plants have positive effects for us.
We hope our blends can be an inspiration for you – something to get you going. We also hope that we may shed light on the small things that everyone can do which do not necessarily involve consumption – at least not consuming our products. That’s why you will find some tips and tricks on the back of our blends. We also try to give some regular updates on our Instagram account. @pncablends.
Hopefully, they will be plants to rave about. 🙂
